Did you know that there is a National Association of Mothers' Centers? They recognize the challenges, realities and value of being a mother. Their programs offer mothers and other caregivers a sense of camaraderie, peer support, empathy, information, and resources. Their website is http://www.motherscenter.org/ and they have a lot of helpful information, including a list of mothers' center locations. I was so excited to find out that at certain locations they offer Mommy and Me classes at a low cost, as well as discounts for great places like Great Wolf Lodge for NAMC members. The annual fee is $35.
